7 Days Easy Exchange

Now you can enjoy our 7 days easy exchange policy within Hong Kong and Macau! Our 7 day easy exchange policy gives the freedom and time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you are not satisfied with you jewellery items, you are welcome to exchange the same styles’ product or different product of the same value or more.

 

Exchange Policy

Items that are eligible for exchange must be in their original purchase condition include all product documentation i.e. Mohsten invoice. When exchanges are allowed, jewellery items will be accepted within seven days of receiving the item, as long as the item is undamaged, unworn, and all security tags remain attached to the product. The exchange policy for all individual items is stated on the product page. Please read carefully before purchasing.

 

Exchanging for a different size is based on stock availability. If the size is available, we can reserve stock for you and ship the item as soon as we receive the returned original item.

 

If the item is no longer in stock, we may suggest a similar or complementary alternative.

 

Non-Exchanges/Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception below:

  1. International Returns.
  2. Custom made/Bespoke items.
  3. Made to Order (Not in stock jewellery items).
  4. GIA certified diamond(s).
  5. Semi-mounting ring.
  6. Engraved items.
  7. Repairs or resizing.
  8. Jewellery items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  9. Sales Items

 

Please contact us at services@mohstenjewellery.com and notify us of your intent to exchange within 7 days after receipt of your item. Please pay your own return shipping and insurance fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewellery items therefore please fully insured your exchange items and you securely package your items.

 

Cancel or Change an order

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please notify us at services@mohstenjewellery.com within 24 hours. We will attempt to accommodate the order changes given prior to the shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in delivery delay.
