You can pick up your order at our Mohsten Office in Macau. We are proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping to 33 countries. Shipping outside Hong Kong and Macau, see orders minimum for complimentary shipping.
All items will be packed, shipped/delivered via the following carrier or methods.

Please note that if Mohstenjewellery.com merchandise is returned because of undeliverable address, you will be accountable for return shipping charges and re-stocking and administration fee of 10% of the total price. The remaining balance will be returned back to the customer.
Track your order and Signature Requirements for Delivery
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a notification email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the selected shipping company. Tracking is easy, simply click on the provided link and type your tracking number and follow the status of your order.
To ensure security and for your own protection, a signature is required for delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to a P.O. Boxes or hotels therefore please provide a shipping address where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal working hours. We advise all our customers to examine your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
